On March 24th, Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced the suspension of its international flights departing from March 26 to April 14, 2020. If you’re a Mango Tours customer traveling via PAL within these dates, please don’t panic; the Mango Tours team is here to help!

If you want to reschedule your flight, but you don’t know your new travel dates yet -- there is no need to contact us until you have your new dates confirmed and ready to book. The value of your ticket is safe and will not be affected due to the carrier suspension. Otherwise, please let us know how you want us to assist you:

- For affected travelers, one-time rebooking fee and fare difference will be WAIVED by Philippine Airlines for passengers flying ON THE SAME CABIN CLASS AND ROUTE on their rebooked flight made from March 23, 2020 onwards. Rebooked travel must be completed by November 30, 2020 or within the ticket validity period. Airline blackout dates also apply.

- A $50 service fee will be collected by Mango Tours
